Staff and Careers

A graduate of Michigan State University, Cam has been a part of the Schneider Team since 1986. Cam’s favorite part about what he does is working with innovative people and being a part of the development and validation activities of new technologies for manufacturing. When Cam is not nose deep in SolidWorks he is spending his time with his family and friends on the lake in Leland MI. Where you can find him boating and tiki bar tending in the summer and skiing and snowboarding in the winter.

A graduate of ITT Tech. Bernie has 30 years of experience in manufacturing with a heavy concentration in metal cutting and grinding. He’s working in Technical Products Sales for the last 20 years. Bernie has been on the Schneider Team since 2016 and his favorite part of the job is that it allows him to be creative in many ways as a means of solving challenges in manufacturing. In his spare time Bernie enjoys spending time with his grandkids and hobby farming on his 3 Acres of land in West Michigan.

A proud graduate of Michigan State University, Chris joined the Schneider Team in 2017 after spending the first 10 years of his career in Banking. Chris enjoys the seemingly endless learning process involved in being a part of a company always in pursuit of the latest technologies. He also enjoys the process of evaluating customer applications for better solutions to their manufacturing challenges. When he’s not working he can be found either chasing after his 2 small children or at any one of several sporting events he follows passionately.

A recent graduate from Western Michigan University Zac had worked building packaging machines for many years and decided to go back to school and get his Electrical Engineering degree. Zac joined the Schneider Team in 2022 following being a student in one of their Robot Vision Guidance class. What Zac likes most about working at Schneider is the entrepreneurial aspects of the job and not having to go to the same place and do the same work every day. Its always different. When Zac isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his family and four dogs hiking, swimming, kayaking.

Christie, is a part-time financial contractor for Schneider & Company. Her work is a key part in keeping our business moving at the pace we do.

A Proud Ferris State University Alumni. Travis spent the first 5 years of his career working in Banking and Moving as a Marketing professional. Travis joined the Schneider team in 2023. Travis enjoys the everchanging landscape of the marketing world and applying updated concepts and processes to new projects.  When he is not working, he enjoys playing hockey, golfing with his friends & family, and traveling with his wife and dogs.
