Standard EC Tooling

Criterion NDT Manufactures custom design and build tooling when our standard tooling will not suit the application or automation. Custom Crack Probes can have multiple coils within them for inspecting specific areas, and can also include tracking rollers to follow the part surface during rotation. Heat Treat coils can be custom ID or OD coils with multiple winding sets and shielding for focused area HT and material structure inspection.

Special Design
EC Tooling

Criterion NDT has the capability to develop simple to custom benchtop sorting stations, in support of material defect detection (Cracking, inclusions, thread conditions) as well as Hardness or Heat Treat/Material Structure sorting.

These stations integrate instruments and part feed/positioning with sorting for accept/reject conditions of the parts in semi-automatic machine sequences.

Benchtop Sorting
