Leak, Flow and Functional Testing Instruments
Uson has developed 3 families of “state of the art” test instruments for applications in Leak, Flow and Functional testing; the Vector, Qualitek and Sprint.
Because there are different methods of Leak testing, most any instrument has the capability to use any type of transducer to accomplish the various methods of leak testing. The selection of instrument is largely based on application specifics such as: number of test channels, type and mix of transducers and testing methods, connectivity for data out and valve controlling and part specific information like volume and pressure. Uson is unique in their approach to a higher accuracy of calibration using a 3 point calibration technique which ensures not only accuracy but linearity. The proof of accuracy is in the R & R and in side by side comparisons, Uson beats them all.
Uson’s Vector Series - Leak Test Instrument
Vector leak and flow testing equipment represents the ultimate in performance, speed, flexibility and durability. The Vector software runs in a windows environment making it extremely powerful yet very simple to use. Vector pneumatics are mounted in a convenient 19" rack shelf / tray or a NEMA enclosure utilizing standard manifold blocks for easy installation and service, making it a superb choice for a leak or flow tester.
