PC4000 Control Module
used with the servo press modules for closed loop press controlling. The pc4000 is capable of controlling up to 6 servo axis and has an integrated amplifier and pda along with a windows operator interface and available with external plc for station functions.
Complete Press Work Stations
Schmidt Technology offers any Schmidt press model: (Manual Presses, Pneumatic Presses, Hydro Pneumatic Presses, Servo Presses) integrated into a “Turnkey” Engineered Workstation. These workstations can be steel table and frame configurations or Aluminum extrusion construction. They can have Schmidt Standard control packages or Custom “build to spec.” Controls. They can be built with light curtains, safety swing gate doors or dual anti-tie down buttons for press initiate/ safety.
The station guarding can be aluminum extrusion or expanded metal.
