Leaders in Metal Cutting and Forming Automation
CDS – Cam Driven Systems (USA) is located in Sparta NJ. and is a US subsidiary of CDS -Bettinelli Division located in Bagnolo Cremasco Italy.
CDS was founded in 1953 and today has 3 Corporate Offices, 35 Regional Offices and 7 Repair Centers, World Wide.
Over the past 50 years, CDS has developed a broad range of standard products focused on Cam Driven Motion Mechanisms. The products CDS produces are the “benchmark” in the industry for excellence in quality, workmanship and longevity. CDS has also made significant investments in flexible manufacturing technologies to improve efficiency and reduce lead times. So whether it’s a simple dial or ring indexer, a precision link conveyor or a multiple mechanism synchronized chassis; think of the leader in Cam Driven Systems…Think CDS.
Mid-West Feeder Inc is located in Belvidere, IL. They have been building vibratory parts feeding and orienting systems since 1977. Their standard products include the highest quality custom fab. stainless steel vibratory bowl feeders, hoppers, in-line tracks, escapement mechanisms and control systems.
Mid-West’s feeder systems are used in automotive, medical, consumer products, packing, fastener and other industries.
Mid-West prides them selves on quick response service. They are one of the few companies of their type to use a fully outfitted service van which allows them expanded field service ability. If you are looking for the best choice in high quality bowl feeding,
Eriez Magnetics was founded in 1942 by O.F. Merwin, in Erie, PA and is now one of the world’s largest suppliers of magnetic tooling for use in manufacturing. Because of the broad base of applications the company is divided into different market segments. Metal Working is the market segment we specialize in and there are five (5) primary product groups in this segment:
Coolant Cleaners – which are used as a means of filtering metal particles out of machining coolants.
Chip and Parts Conveyors – which can be either belt over magnet designs or slider bed magnetic with no external moving parts.
Lift Magnets – which Eriez has a broad range of, from very small electro magnets for use in automation, to very large plate and bar lift magnets.
Vibratory Conveyors and Separators – these systems use magnetic vibratory drives to vibrate trays or screens for moving bulk material or separating it through a screen mesh.
Separation (Magnetic Traps and Grates) – these are static magnets which are placed in the path of process flows and catch any undesirable metallic particles.
If you’re in need of magnetic components for your manufacturing, consider Eriez
Laser Marking Engraving - Dot Peen Marking - Part Marking Systems
Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, MECCO serves North American manufacturers in the automotive, defense, aerospace, metalworking and fabrication, assembly, and medical industries. These technologies include: Laser Marking – CO2, Diode Pump, and fiber lasers for high-speed character and 2D Data Matrix marking. Dot Peen Marking – high speed and deep marking of virtually any material with portable, bench-top, and integrated configurations. 2D Data Matrix – traceability systems that include marking and reading verification and data management. Bumpy Bar Code® – assembly and packaging verification systems for molded and stamped components that prevent shipping errors leading to supplier containment.
MECCO designs laser and dot peen part marking systems for individual marking requirements and applications, and provides comprehensive support at each point of a project including turnkey marking systems and engineering that matches the best marking application with a specific product and facility need.
In addition to marking and traceability equipment, MECCO offers software programming services that optimize system performance and documentation, as well as custom software and integration with plant floor controls and manufacturing execution systems.
MECCO’s extensive experience enables a greater understanding of the marking needs of today, and provides a vision for developing the technologies of the future. Make your mark with Mecco.
Arbor Automation was founded in 1996 by a Machine Builder in Jackson Michigan. The company initially designed the Wipcon product family (Work In Process CONveyor) a “best in class” pre-engineered pallet conveyor system with modules that would allow the design of custom flow paths and intellegent process flow management.
In 2001 Arbor Automation developed the LBP (Low Back Pressure) Product Family, a roller top chain which allows parts to touch and accumulate but without high amounts of pressure.
Arbor Automation ,with its “part in pallet” Wipcon series and its LBP Chain series of products considers itself experts in low impact part flow material handling. They will design and build complete custom conveyor configurations and integrate automation components and tooling, or assemble to a configuration and wire to J Boxes for others to integrate. Arbor Automation conveyors can be used in both Assembly Applications as well as in Metal Cutting lines.
So… if you need part flow automation, consider the company making a BIG IMPACT with Low Impact Automation…Arbor Automation
